I have been seduced, by the cuteness!
Ah... Disney Star Wars, its complicated. But I'll get into all that in a different post. I have a number of thoughts on Disney Star Wars and Canon.
This the second version of Mattel's "Baby Yoda" plush, and is he ever cute. Not to mention nearly to scale, or at least he's close enough. This version has feet, so he's a complete being, not a head on a bean bag in robe and you are able to pose his ears as well.
Its those big eyes!
The older version of this plush is being modded and 'rebirthed', not only as Grogu but different versions of Jedi Master Yoda's species. What is Yoda's species exactly? Not sure I want Disney to give us that answer...

I remember reading some extensive explanation that George Lucas never wanted Yoda's origin to be known, so he specifically did NOT name the species nor the where the home world is. There are many guesses, but apparently, it has not been officially named.
