Karaseer Odette Drakonis was born during the Falcanian Exodus from Earth, to Frederika von Gotha (Arshira Hol) and The Phoenix aka Shinras Ruhk, a resurrected Sharr Khan Drakonis, who was merged with an injured Vril.
Karaseer oversaw the final hours of the Liberation War, and the Anunnaki surrender at Dragonbourne, an Iron Cavalier stronghold where the Annunaki handed over a crown in defeat.
The Galactic Empress's reign would see the expansion of the Imperium, under her rule Dragoon Claws would become standard galactic currency, backed by her wealth. Her reign would also see the increased absorption of the Fountainhead Conglomerate into the Federal Galactic Empire as her Saxkrasii (Iron Horseman) functionaries began to control the bureaucracy taking control of governorships while landing fearsome Iron Cavalier, and Gyrfalcon troopers across known space.

Lord of Crows, Duke of Kraymoore, and Warder of the Tower, Lord Orin Axton Thorn often known under the guise of the wandering Technomancer, Oriole Amirjeen is Karaseer's beloved husband.
Orin Thorn began life as an Iron Horseman, and member of a well off Saxkrasii family who helped establish Dragoon, his father is in fact the long serving Mayor of Drakshire City as well as an industrialist and railroad magnate. The Phoenix elevated Orin to royalty making him and his younger sister Angelina a prince and princess respectively.
